Very early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel, in our transport, then we will go to the pampa de anta, before starting to descend to the valley of Limatambo, we will be able to appreciate part of the Vilcabamba mountain range where the Apu Salkantay (6250 m) is located along with the mountains of Humantay (5690 m) and Palcoyo (5250 m).
Our vehicle will make a stop to take some pictures of both the mountains or the valley of Limatambo that later we will be descending, and then climb to the town of Curahuasi, this place is well known for its cultivation of anise and sugar cane. After this we will go to the archaeological site of Saywite, where we will stop to visit the site, which consists of a stone where the Incas sculpted forms of animals, birds, terraces and irrigation canals, our guide will gladly give us all the information, there are also water fountains, staircases and others.
Then we will continue our journey until we arrive to the town of San Pedro de Cachora, we will continue until Capuliyoc (2900 m), in this place we will be received by our team Illapa our muleteers, who will help us with our luggage, at the same time we will take our lunch and then we will prepare to begin our hike, just 5 minutes we will stop at the viewpoint, From there we will be able to appreciate the path of all our journey and for those who have a good view we will be able to see the archaeological complex of Choquequirao in the distance, we will also have an impressive view of the Apurimac canyon (1500 m deep from where we are) and if we are lucky we can see a condor (king of the Andean sky) flying nearby. On the other side of the river are the snow-capped mountains of Padreyoc (5771 m) and Qoriwayrachina (4900 m), after taking our well-deserved photos we will begin to descend for 4 hours until we reach Chiquisca (1900 m) where we will spend the night in the house, the owner has the cultivation of sugar cane from which he prepares the cane chicha and grows the mazasamba (soursop), fruit of the place.
Our cook will prepare our comforting dinner.

Early in the morning we will be awakened with a coca tea and our breakfast, then we will get ready for our hike, after putting on the sunscreen and mosquito repellent we will be ready to walk, in the first stretch we will continue to descend to the Rosalinas Beach (1500 m). At this point we will cross the hanging bridge over the famous Apurimac River that means "The god that speaks", after this we will begin the zigzagging ascent until we reach the village of Santa Rosa (2000 m), where we will take a refreshing rest.
For this hike is necessary to have a good physical endurance because we will continue our ascent to the village of Marampata, in this place we will spend the night in the house of one of the villagers, at the same time we will take the opportunity to take a break and have lunch, from this place we will have a panoramic view of the Choquequirao Archaeological Complex.
After relaxing, we leave our unnecessary belongings inside our lodging in Marampata and we will go to the lost city of Choquequirao (Cuna in gold means in Quechua), known as the younger sister of Machupicchu. Where our guide will take us to tour the most beautiful points of this vast archaeological site covered with lush vegetation with flowers such as orchids, bromeliads, mosses, lichens and many trees, where we can see some birds, this site was built by the Incas at the end of their rule, also served as resistance against the Spanish.
After the sunset visit, we return to Marampata for dinner and sleep.

This day we will wake up very early because we will start our day returning to Choquequirao to see the sunrise, after this we will have our deserved breakfast and then complete our visit of the place, for this we will have a short walk to the platforms where our ancestors drew the llama, after completing the visit we will return to Marampata to start going down the same route by which we have arrived. We will pass by Santa Rosa, where we will have lunch and take a necessary break, then we will continue down to the Apurimac River known as Playa Rosalinas.
We will resume the walk uphill until we reach Chiquisqa, where we will spend the night in the house of a local inhabitant.
Our cook, a connoisseur of the Peruvian culinary art, will prepare a comforting dinner for us.

This day we will take our coca tea and breakfast very early to start the tour and thus avoid the heat of the canyon to reach the viewpoint of Capuliyoc; in this place our guide has prepared a small ceremony to thank the Andean world for all the fabulous views that offered us each site we have visited, for letting us go and return without having any problems along the way. We say goodbye to the team of muleteers who gladly accompanied us on our journey.
Our transportation will be waiting for us to finally return to the city of Cusco, in our tour we will have the opportunity to enjoy the thermal baths of Cconoc very well deserved, it will also be conducive to take our lunch, in the afternoon we will be arriving to the city of Cusco and we will be leaving you at your hotel where our services will end.
