1. Andean knowledge through textiles

In Chinchero, revive the textile art at Mirian’s House. Discover the ancestral process: it begins with obtaining wool from sheep and alpacas, followed by washing with sachaparaqay, an Andean root that acts as a natural soap.
After washing, attend the spinning and dyeing process with natural products. Use the Qolle flower for bright yellow, purple corn for a deep hue, Ch'ilca for vibrant green, and cochineal for intense red. Alum, volcanic ash, and Maras salt adjust and fix the colors precisely.
After drying, the threads are twisted for greater firmness and woven by hand with ancestral patterns that narrate the rich local culture. Additionally, participate in creating bracelets with unique designs. Immerse yourself in this vibrant cultural experience and take a piece of Inca tradition with you!

2. Tasting chincherina cuisine
