Today, we will delve into the Sacred Valley of the Incas, along the banks of the Vilcanota River. We will start in Pisac, an Inca citadel with fountains, terraces, and more. Afterward, we will descend to the town to explore its traditional market. Then, in Urubamba, we will enjoy a typical lunch.
We will continue to Ollantaytambo, an Inca town with cobblestone streets and a fortress on a hill, where notable buildings include the "Temple of the Sun" and its gigantic monoliths: Mañaracay, Incahuatana, and the Princess Baths. Finally, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes and head to the hotel.
Cusco (3350 m) - Pisac (2950 m) - Ollantaytambo (2800 m) - Aguas Calientes (2000 m)
After breakfast, we will head to Machu Picchu, one of the wonders of the world.
We will take a brief 20-minute bus ride to reach this Inca architectural gem. During our two-hour guided tour, we will explore its neighborhoods, houses, plazas, roads, and agricultural areas. We will also have free time to continue exploring and, optionally, visit Huayna Picchu for breathtaking views.
In the afternoon, we will return to Aguas Calientes and take the train to Poroy, where we will be picked up and transferred to our hotel in Cusco.

In the morning, we will head towards Bolivia. Upon reaching the Kasani border, we will complete the border crossing formalities and then proceed to the port of Copacabana to board a boat to the Island of the Sun.
Upon arrival, we will head to the community of Yumani, where we will enjoy a short but charming walk with panoramic views of Lake Titicaca. Later, we will visit the home of Ismael and Maria, who will warmly welcome us. We will be able to enjoy a stunning sunset over Lake Titicaca with the majestic Royal Cordillera as a backdrop.
Puno (3850 m) - Kasani (3865 m) - Lake Titicaca (3812 m) - Island of the Sun (3955 m) - Yumani (4075 m)
In the morning, we will head towards the “Inca Springs” and then descend on foot, where we will board a boat that will take us to the Pilkokaina Temple, also known as the “Temple of the Sun.” This site is dedicated to ceremonial rituals in honor of the Sun God. From there, we will enjoy a panoramic view of the Island of the Moon and its temple.
After exploring the island, we will return to Copacabana and, in the afternoon, depart by bus to the city of La Paz.
Yumani (4075 m) - Pilkokaina (3851 m) - Copacabana (3841 m) - La Paz (3640 m)
In the morning, we will transfer you to the airport to board your flight to Uyuni; upon arrival, we will pick you up.
Afterward, we will meet our team and embark on a 4x4 vehicle to start the adventure and visit the vast Uyuni Salt Flats. We will reach Incahuasi Island, which is of volcanic origin, covered with stromatolites (fossilized bacterial colonies that were the first traces of life on Earth) and giant cacti.
In the afternoon, we will arrive at the San Juan refuge, where we will spend the night.
Duration of the journey: 6 to 7 hours on the route.
La Paz (3640 m) - Uyuni Salt Flats (3650 m) - Incahuasi (3822 m) - San Juan
During our day's journey, we will approach the border with Chile, passing through the Jewel Route and various colorful lagoons: Cañapa, Hedionda, Honda, and Ramaditas, known as flamingo sanctuaries.
We will pass near the Ollague Volcano (5,865 m), which is still active and houses one of the highest sulfur mines in the world. We will continue to admire the landscapes of the Siloli Desert and make a stop at the "Stone Tree."
We will enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped volcanoes. At sunset, we will arrive at the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve to marvel at the Colorada Lagoon, with its varied hues reflecting the sunlight. We will end the day at the Huayllajara refuge.

San Juan - Jewel Route (4,100 m) - Ollague (5,865 m) - Colorada Lagoon (4,278 m) - Huayllajara
In the morning, we will travel to the archaeological site of Tiahuanaco, with a guided tour of Bolivia's largest archaeological complex, Tiahuanaco and Puma Punku. This visit will help us better understand the richness of the pre-Columbian cultures that have disappeared over time.
Afterwards, we will arrive at Desaguadero (Peru-Bolivia border), and after completing the immigration formalities, our staff will pick you up and transfer you to Puno.
La Paz (3640 m) - Tiahuanaco (3885 m) - Desaguadero (3827 m) - Puno (3825 m)
On this day, you will be picked up and transferred from the hotel to Juliaca Airport to board your domestic flight to Lima. Once there, you will take an international connecting flight back to your home country.
