Llachón, located on the Capachica Peninsula in Puno, is situated at an altitude of 3820 meters above sea level. This area is known for its focus on community-based rural tourism, offering visitors a personalized experience and the opportunity to immerse themselves in both the physical and human environment. Ride on the Totora Raft in Puno

Puno – Isola degli Uros – Llachón

The excursion starts early on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, where we will admire its beautiful landscapes. After a boat ride, we will visit the floating Uros Islands, known for their use of totora (aquatic plant) in their rafts, houses, crafts, and more.

Next, we will head to the Llachón community on the Capachica Peninsula, where we will experience local culture with demonstrations of dances, music, textiles, and daily activities. Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch at a local family's home, who will warmly welcome us. Return to Puno.
