The third day is the longest and most beautiful due to the constant changes in the ecosystem. In the morning, we will continue our trek to the Runcuracay Pass (3950 m), where we will have a panoramic view of the Aobamba Valley (3400 m) deep within the increasingly dense tropical forest. We will visit the archaeological sites of Runcuracay (3750 m), Sayacmarka (3650 m), and Phuyupatamarca (3600 m), where we will have lunch before proceeding to the final campsite at Wiñayhuayna (2650 m).
