Very early, we will pick you up at your hotel and take the train to Km 104, where we will begin our hike near the Vilcanota River, heading towards the Chachabamba ruins.
Next, we will continue with a gradual ascent, passing by a waterfall, until we reach the Wiñaywayna ruins. After lunch, we will resume our hike, climbing a stone staircase before reaching Inti Punku (the Sun Gate). We will then descend for approximately 45 minutes to the famous viewpoint where you can observe the sunset. Finally, we will descend to the entrance of Machu Picchu and take the bus to Aguas Calientes.

On this day, after breakfast, we will head to the bus station to go to Machu Picchu, where we will explore the Inca citadel and its most common and special areas from the Inca period.
Our guided tour will last 2 hours, during which we will visit the most representative sites of Machu Picchu. Afterward, you will have free time to continue exploring, and you can optionally hike up Huayna Picchu (additional cost), where you'll get beautiful views of Machu Picchu.
Later, we will return to Aguas Calientes and proceed to the train station to travel to Poroy, and then transfer to your hotel in Cusco.

Tour rescheduling is allowed with proper notice, except for tours to Machu Picchu. No-shows will result in the total loss of the service. Cancellation or withdrawal of the service will not be eligible for a refund.
