We start our day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (2800 m), the cradle of the sacred river. This day, we will pass through picturesque towns and villages that still retain their imperial past. We will visit the Inca site of Pisac (3350 m) with its terraces, fountains, neighborhoods, observatories, and the largest cemetery in the region (almost 4,800 people buried).
Then, we will head towards the Lares Valley (3150 m) in a three-hour car ride. On the way, we will make some stops to enjoy stunning views. The day culminates near the hot springs at 37°C. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit to relax and enjoy the pools.

Our day continues as we ascend towards the valley of Cochayoc, which translates from Quechua as "the town that has a lake." This area is primarily inhabited by shepherds, and we will have the chance to get close to herds of llamas, alpacas, and sheep.
Here, we will immerse ourselves in the hospitality of our hosts, sharing the evening to learn more about their rich customs and culture.

Our next stop is at the welcoming home of a new family, located in Challhuachoca, a historically remote settlement where locals still communicate via radio.
