Day 2: Ica – Nazca – Chauchilla Necropolis – Lima
We will depart in the morning for Paracas, traveling along the Pan-American Highway South along the stunning Pacific coast. Upon arrival, we will head to Paracas Bay to board a boat to the Ballestas Islands. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see sea lions, pelicans, penguins, and other seabirds. On the way, we will discover the enigmatic geoglyph El Candelabro, sculpted on the side of a hill by wind and sea erosion.
After the excursion, we will continue our journey to Ica, where we will head to the desert oasis, Huacachina Lagoon, where we will spend the night. You will enjoy a free afternoon, ideal for venturing out in a buggy or trying sandboarding on the dunes. We will end the day with dinner and time to rest.
Paracas (50 m) – Ica (330 m)
After breakfast, we will depart for Nazca to explore the fascinating Chauchilla Cemetery, a unique pre-Columbian site in Peru. Here, ancient tombs filled with mummies reveal details about the life, customs, and history of an ancient civilization swallowed by the sands of the Peruvian desert.
Afterward, you will have the option to fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines, where you will discover a complex network of geometric and zoomorphic figures, some extending up to 300 meters in length and lines up to 10 km, visible only from the air. In the evening, we will transfer you to the terminal to board the bus to Lima. Upon your arrival at night, we will pick you up and take you to your accommodation.

Tour rescheduling is allowed with due notice, except for tours to Machu Picchu. Failure to show up will result in the total loss of service. Cancellations or withdrawal from the service are non-refundable.
