Puno – Visit to Chucuito and Amaru Muru

In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and head to Chucuito, known as the city of the Royal Boxes. We will visit the Inca Uyo, the Fertility Temple, with a detailed explanation from our guide about the astronomical observatory, the stone windows, and the sacrificial stone.

You will have the opportunity to take as many photos as you wish. Next, we will explore the Plaza de Armas of Chucuito, which retains its colonial architecture. We will visit the Dominican churches and viewpoints with stunning views of Lake Titicaca. Afterward, we will proceed to Aramu Muru, a square-shaped portal carved into rock measuring 7 meters on each side. Return to Puno.
